Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love our products! If you're not satisfied, please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

• You may return unused and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • There is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit (must be reported within 48 hours).

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return a product and place a new order.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at care@bayrum.in with the following details:

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products

• Products returned without original packaging

• Free samples or promotional items

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting our support.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
